An Incredible Experience!
Working with Marty to design and build our dream home was an incredible experience! Marty took the time to listen to our ideas and our “wants” from our first meeting together. His vast knowledge and experience as a builder was extremely helpful as we navigated through decision making and changes. Working with Marty’s preferred vendors made the process enjoyable. The budget and allowances were clearly stated and reviewed by Marty after every meeting with a vendor. I never felt like the project or budget was slipping out of realistic expectations. Once the process moved beyond the planning and into the building stage, Marty was present at our home to make sure the project was being executed by his team. Ronnie, Marty’s project manager was knowledgeable and resourceful and always available for questions or concerns that I had. Marty would return a call instantly many times during and even after the project was completed. The communication with Marty was reassuring and also developed continuous trust. Everytime I see Marty in my neighborhood, he takes the time to talk with me. He is proud of the work he does and his follow through is outstanding. I would choose Marty and his team for any future builds for my family and I do not hesitate in recommending Marty to my friends for their building needs.
