The Vahue team is simply the best in Wilmington! This was our first home we’ve had built, and we were thrilled with the entire process. They made us feel very comfortable and guided us every step of the way. I was amazed at how hands-on they were throughout the build. Marty is extremely detailed-oriented, and is the best trim-work person ever! From the design, until completion, they were available, and they built our home as if it were their own. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

After living in our Vahue Home for the past eight months, we have found a solid, beautiful, and well-built home that is easy to maintain. The attention to detail Marty creates in his homes including built-in cabinets, custom shelving, and decorative detailed moldings, makes the homes he builds exceptional. We were recently with neighbors who worked with other notable builders in our neighborhood; while their homes are beautiful, they had a list of amenities they would change or add. In our Vahue Home, the thoughtful planning provided all of those extras. From our natural sun-lit rooms, excellent kitchen design, abundant storage cabinets, and fabulous master bath, we find our home a joy to live in. Working with the Vahue team was very pleasant during what can be a stressful time.
